ORDERING & PICK UP INFORMATION

  • Please fill out the inquiry form HERE to get the ordering process started. We will send you a quote within 24 business hours. Once we have worked out all the details and you have accepted the quote, an invoice will be sent for payment.

  • I will send an invoice to your email with a link to the payment portal. You can review all the order details and make the payment through the invoice. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to pick up/delivery. If you have booked within 1 week of your order being due, the entire balance is due at the time of booking and is subject to a rush fee. Please note: for large wedding cakes and cakes serving 100+ people, arrangements can be made to break down the total into multiple payments. The final payment is due 30 days prior pick up/delivery.

  • Pick up is located in Surprise, Az off of Greenway and Cotton. I message all of my orders the Monday before pick up to schedule a pick up time (I offer pick up as early as 8 AM). Please do not arrive earlier than the agreed pick up time. Any pick up 30 minutes beyond the agreed pick up time is subject to a late fee.

  • Yes! Delivery and set up fees start at $25 and vary based on mileage, date, and labor for set up. All cakes larger then 3 tiers require delivery.

  • Unfortunately we cannot hold dates. We reserve dates based on a first come first serve basis. Dates are secured once payment has been recieved.

  • Please make space in your refrigerator AND your car before picking up. You want a nice flat surface to transport your order. The best place to transport your cake is on the passenger side floor of your car.

    Do not set cakes on the seat of your car as it can cause the cake to slope during transportation.​

    Drive carefully! Keep the car nice cool and store the cake in the fridge as soon as you arrive, preferably in the original box. The cake should remain refrigerated until 30 - 45 minutes before serving.

    If you are transporting your cake to a destination that is further than 30-45 minutes away, please let us know so we can take special care to have your cake nice and chilled when you pick it up

  • We do not ship any of our cakes or treats, but we do offer delivery to the metro Phoenix area.

  • Rescheduling an order is possible (based on availability) if you notify us at least 10 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date. Cancellations due to emergencies are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given, but a credit towards a future order may be offered.   • Minor changes to your order (design, size, or flavor) can be made up to 7 days before your scheduled pick up time. Major changes to your order require at least 14 days notice and may result in an additional charge.

  • We offer cake tasting boxes every 6 - 8 weeks. Keep an eye out on our Facebook or Instagram for upcoming dates, flavors, and information on how to order!

  • We do not offer vegan or gluten free desserts at this time. Our products contain and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Because of this, we are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.

  • The earlier the better! We suggest our clients put in their orders at least 2 - 4 weeks in advance for celebration cakes, and at least 2 - 3 months in advance for large weddings and cooperate orders.
